Course Start: 19/08
Adobe Illustrator is a powerful drawing software program offered by Adobe. Anyone, regardless of artistic or computer ability, can use Illustrator to draw shapes and lines, create text, or import graphics and pictures. You can use Illustrator to do a layout for a book, create a web page, and the list goes on. The best thing about it is, however, that you can do all these things easily using Illustrator once you learn the program and what different functions and features it provides.
This course was designed to teach you everything you need to know to make full use of Adobe Illustrator. However, you should be forewarned that Illustrator is a large program because there is so much you can do with it. If you've used Illustrator before, then the first half of this course may serve as a review to you. That's because we start at the beginning, showing you around the program and teaching you how to do the most basic functions. These are the building blocks that will make Illustrator's advanced features easy to learn and use when we start to cover them later in the course.
Adobe Photoshop is a complex graphics and image editing software and paint program. Chances are, you've heard of Photoshop frequently in the past even if this will be the very first time that you use the program. Adobe's Photoshop program has become a mainstay with graphics designers, professional photographers, and even hobbyists to edit graphics as well as create and manipulate images. It's fun to use, and it can turn the most amateur photographer to a professional with just a few clicks of the mouse.
If you've ever used any software program to edit graphics or images before, then the Photoshop interface may seem familiar to you and some things may be quite easy to learn. The reason is because most image editing programs on the market today are based on the Photoshop program. Everyone wants to copy it because it is simply that convenient and effective. However, Photoshop is by far the most extensive program available and offers the most features and options.
Premiere Pro is used to edit videos, including movies, and is quickly becoming the go-to program for filmmakers all over the world, both amateur and pro. In fact, both CNN and the BBC use Premiere Pro for editing purposes.
This course will teach you how to successfully use Premiere Pro, no matter if you have ever used the program before or not. Both the beginner and seasoned user can benefit from this course, starting with the basics of the program including navigation and continuing on to more advanced features.
